When will my order ship? Processing times are typically 2-5 business days.
Orders with shirts, customs, 3D printed items, and
back-ordered items may take up to 7 additional business days
to process.
Please allow extra processing time during sales, and during
holidays. I am sensitive to certain metals, can I wear Kroped's
earrings? Yes! All of Kroped's fishhook jewelry is lead and nickel free!
We also offer 925 sterling silver fishhook upgrades! for
extra sensitivite ears. Is Kroped's packaging eco friendly? We use recycled crinkle paper whenever possible instead of
bubble wrap. We also save and reuse shipping materials from
incoming packages whenever we can! Reduce and reuse! ♻️
Some pieces do however require bubble wrap to guarantee safe
delivery.
Most pieces come in a sealed plastic bag to protect from rain
and other potential water exposure during shipping, if you
would like to ditch the plastic, just leave us a note saying
‘less plastic’ and we’ll leave the plastic protectors off!
You can also send them back to us and we’ll reuse them.
What shipping service does Kroped use?
Kroped ships insured mail via USPS on a ground advantage label.
Delivery is typically 3-5 business days once shipped within the
states. Tracking numbers will be emailed once package is packed
and handed off to delivery carrier. Expedited shipping and
different carrier options are available.
Message us for current shipping upgrade prices. My package arrived damaged, what do I do? Have no worries, Kroped ships with insurance! Reach out to us
with images of the damaged items and we will file an insurance
claim with USPS and replace or refund the items depending on
the circumstance! We will always take care of you!
Does Kroped do wholesale prices?
Yes! Reach out to us and we will answer all questions and make
you a wholesale discount!
Does Kroped accept returns? Refunds and exchanges are available 30 days after your
original order delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your
delivery date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. What should I do take care of my earrings? All jewelry should be kept away from coming in contact with
water including showers and swimming.
Does Kroped work with outside designers?
Yes! Some of our pieces are designed and printed in collaboration
with WHAM! Stand and Raphlsnts
