Refunds and exchanges are available 30 days after your original order delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all return costs, including shipping. Refunds will be issued when the item is received back at Kroped. Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Custom orders and sale items are non-refundable. Perishable goods such as food or flowers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges are available for certain circumstances, contact us to set up an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your own records. Upon request, Kroped can issue a tracked, return shipping label. The cost for the return label will be deducted from any refund amount.
